Since the age of 12 years old, multiple award-winning Australian recording artist Rade knew that she was born to rock. Driven by the freedom of expression that songwriting and live performances bring into her realm, her pop/rock infused brand of music emotes a raw, powerful energy which has captured the attention of her fans and music industry professionals and have allowed her to achieve; a first place win at the Avila songwriting competition, a win at the X-Poze-Ing Music Awards, a nomination at the Akademia Music Awards in the rock category and a runner-up award at the Kozmic Dreamers Song Competition. Her striking storytelling and lyrical style takes listeners on a profound journey through a myriad of universal themes that relate to all of us at the highest levels of human emotion.

 

Rade is poised to release her debut commercial release, which is influenced by Guns N’ Roses, Bon Jovi, Warrant and Metallica, that synergise with pop elements inspired by Michael Jackson and Taylor Swift, which creates the unique Rade sound. "Slash is one of my biggest influences", says Rade. Rade's ultimate goal in music is to give people music they can turn to in any kind of need. She also wants to entertain and give great performances people crave, filled with energy and charisma.
